Fundraising

As many of you are aware we will be endeavouring to do major fundraising and sponsorship for the coming 2008 Drama Trip. Fundraising events are scheduled for the months of November, December, February/March and April/May.

The success of these events is dependent on the support we receive from YOU. The proceeds from these events will be allocated proportionately to those families who contribute their time and energy.

We appreciate that some families for whatever reason are unable to commit their support to some or all of the events.

There is a general downloadable participation signup in Drama Docs column. This must be filled out and sent to Cathy Taylor 86 Carlton Rd (address on form), to indicate which of the events listed below in which you will be participating. This form must be in SOONEST (if you haven't done so already).

MINI CHRISTMAS CAKE SALES
Orders to be in by November 13th
Sell to family/friends/neighbours/businesses Delivery early Dec

CAR BOOT SALE Sat 1st December
at College carpark open 8am-1pm (postponement
- Car park attendants date 8th Dec)
- Sausage sizzle assistants
- Food & beverage stall assistants
- Christmas cake and bake stall assistants
- Clean up team
- Product donations for the above stalls

MOVIE NIGHT AT THE RIALTO end of February
- Movie ticket sales
- Donation of spot prizes
